First-time guests need to book a First-Time Hair Service so we can spend extra time getting to know you: your hair history, your routines, your red flags, and your non-negotiables. We talk before we touch. Always.
That extra time helps us avoid misunderstandings, bad bangs, and “this isn’t what I meant” moments. It also sets us up for a long, healthy hair relationship.
