should you need to cancel
CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we do require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service booked will be sent to your email as an invoice.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY: We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your sculpting or painting, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we are happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. Please note that we do not offer complimentary services as a result of a change of mind or direction with a sculpting or painting. ALL SERVICES/SALES ARE FINAL.

NO SHOW POLICY: Same day cancellations of your scheduled appointment or a "no show" (failure to show) will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the service booked which will be sent to your email as an invoice.
